Our battery life issues will eventually...die. Can you say 10k shots per charge?

I have, for many years, followed battery technology with reference to electric vehicles.  I'm afaraid, and in spite of previous posters, Li is about as far as it goes at the moment.  Yes there are other types of batteries being researched but Li is the best available many years to come. There are others but even minimum safety reg's would prevent there commercial use.
