sd1m + 20mm f1.8 cliffs at sunset

I like the composition.
But the image quality is on the lower side. I guess its a combination of the following points:
-JPG compression
-You already mentioned it was windy
-with F18 you will never get a really sharp image. Diffraction is already visible at F11 with the merrills.
-And with ISO 200 you would get a bit more highlight recovery.

But maybe you just wanted to have a long exposure because of the waves?
Did you use ND grad filters?
