Monopod for 70-200 f/2.8 IS II?

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, I knew that holding the 70-200 steady for a while waiting for the right moment would weigh heavily (pun intended) on my arms.

I have a bero tilt head that I bought after getting the benro travel angel tripod and loving it. i was going to put the head on my velbon monopod, but discovered its head is non removable. I think I'll try the benro head on whichever monopod I end up with.
