Olympus lenses are less appealing for a Panasonic body owner because they have no IS. Example as above.

Panasonic lenses are less appealing for an Olympus body owner because they have less feature if they were used with an Olympus body, example: A Panasonic body removes CA from Panasonic 25mm f1.4 lens, but not an Olympus body.

There are work around, but they cost the users extra efforts.
