Where to next?

Hi all,

This is my first post here. I have been using my D40x for several years now, and I am at the point where I want to upgrade.

But where do I go from here?

With the D40x I have the standard kit lenses 28-55 and 55-200, but I also purchased the 18-105 VR and 70-300 VR.

So I was looking at the D5200 that recently came out, but then again there are refurbished D5100 available for nearly half of the cost of a new D5200. What is your take on the improvements of the d5200 over the d5100

I have also been looking at the Canon EOS Rebe t3i andl t4i, looks interesting but if I switch to the Canon camp then I have to buy more lenses.

I use my camera for travel, family, landscapes and some wild life. I also enjoy taking pictures at airshows, and to have the video capability is nice because I do like to shoot an occasional video clip of planes or helicopters at airshows.
