So it seems that your camera is exhibiting a normal amount of dirt, likely no worse than a D800 or any other model. The question then is when did you buy your camera and what serial number? Possibly it's fixed now? Or this is just a random good sample.
I bought the D600 in December during Bargain Days from J&R and the s.n. 3035XXX.
