"At least D300-level" AF sounds simple, but how many mirrorless today can match it?

I've read many users claiming that the Nikon V1 on sensor PDAF is as fast as the D300 in adequate light. So we could imagine a possible next generation DX mirrorless to have pretty decent AF perforamce - with the added benefit of less front/backfocussing issues if using hybrid PDAF/CDAF.
