Standard fluorescent tube light is among the worst for this task. They emit a spectrum that is good enough to cheat our human vision, not so a camera sensor. In a nutshell, a lot of colours are missing (look up a typical fluo tube spectrum).
What to do, besides buying / using a completely different lighting gear? You may swap the existing tubes for good tubes with a CRI rating of > 90 and adequate spectrum. E.g.
