you are not reading carefully...except a little difference at iso 200 and 3200, nikon is better at all isos (DR)..please read it again...

because men and women are different and we humans are the same.
At given real ISO Canon is better at 200 iso and above.
The fact that Nikon will show better DR than G15 at 400 ISO setting for exemple is simply because it has less real ISO compared to Canon
Look at charts carefully and you will see
