X-S1 2/3in sensor: better IQ than FZ150 1/2.3in sensor?

I like the FZ150 for many things, including good IQ considering the size of its sensor.
Years ago I had the Fuji S100, and when I look at the images, in many cases it's evident that the 2/3in sensor generated better IQ than the FZ150. Less noise. (I sold the S100 because of its anemic burst rate, small buffer and slow write times.)
The question: does the 2/3in CMOS sensor in the X-S1 deliver better IQ than the 1/2.3in CMOS sensor in the FZ150? I don't mean for posting on the internet or printing 5x8 or so, but shooting surfers at several hundred yards, cropping to zero in on maybe 1/3 to 1/4 of the captured image, and printing at 12x16 or thereabouts.
I prefer comments by someone who has actually used the X-S1; theories don't always correspond to reality in the field.
Also any specific info on X-S1 burst depth at 5fps. The FZ150 is great in this regard, and I do a lot of sports and outdoor action shooting.
