What do you think about hiring a retoucher?

Professional photographers are the ones who look for those people who are good with Photoshop.  The Pro's usually do not want to sit down behind a computer and correct images all day, they want to take the photos.

Check in your area with some Pro's, especially wedding photographers to see if they use Professional Photoshop users.  You may get some occasional work for a while, until you build up a trusting relationship with that photographer.  Kind of like a golfer's caddie.
