My GH3 has sensor dust!

My nearly brand-new GH3 is showing a number of dust particles on the sensor, one is quite distinct as if it's between the SSWF and the sensor, the others are large and fuzzy.
I've tried switching lenses, I've run the sensor cleaning routine a few times, I've done pixel mapping. Didn't change a thing.
Funny thing is, under a bright light, I can't see ANYTHING on the sensor face itself. Looks clean as a whistle.
This shot is at f22. Around f5 they totally disappear. What would you do? Send it to Panasonic?
