6d, 5d MKII or 5D MKIII?

Depends how good you are with changing from one set of layouts to another, but I went for the Mk 111 because it was a better camera imho and because the layout is so similar to my 7d. So if you are already using a mk 111 you may prefer to keep the same layout.
