My advice would be if the default 1/80 is causing blurry images due to hand shake, shoot in manual with a faster say 1/100 shutter speed and then you have full control over the aperture you want. The ISO is so good on this camera most of us leave it in Auto ISO.
On a Sony a99 they would have IS. And if FF isn't required, on any Sony SLR/SLT they would have IS.
