Our battery life issues will eventually...die. Can you say 10k shots per charge?

Northwestern University engineers are doing amazing things with L-ion, looking forward to using this stuff. Here's the LINK , they are saying 10x the current charge, and 10x the speed of recharge. 15 mins from dead to full charge, yes please?
