Lock exposure - in Manual Mode D800

Hi Everyone,
I was shooting with gloves yesterday because of cold weather, and i kept changing the exposure by mistake because of the big gloves (while shooting in manual mode).
Is there anyway to lock a manual exposure, so that you can't change it by accident?
