Voting Rules

I totally agree with shutterbug98's voting scale. (I sometimes give a 0.5s to simply awful shots and up to 1.5s to lovely pictures, violating some rules).

MOST IMPORTANTLY, I think, is to VOTE ON ALL ENTRIES. If one votes on the good ones (or the bad ones) is nor fair to the other participants. For example, if yoy don't low-vote on the poor (or out of subject) photos, others will intentionally low-vote the better (or even the best) ones, resulting that decent photos go to the bottom and really bad ones end up in the middle places.

Also for minimising the effects of malicious voting (or sandbagging), please VOTE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

And last but not least, don't vote on thumbnails... All the entries deserve a closer look, i.e. in the slideshow or as single view allowing you to see a proper title and the photographer's comment.
