Does one treat an Epson Check Pattern?
|
Clog was detected during the autocheck on an Epson 4900 but no noticable quality changes in the print. The check pattern showed a few gaps in a VLM and C.
After multiple cleanings, power cleanings, and Windex Pad overnight multiple times, there are still detected clogs.
The check pattern still shows a few gaps in several colors now: VM, LK, Y, VLM, LC
The question is: Does one treat the pattern or the leave it alone if I can't detect a problem with the prints?
As an aside, the print pattern was much worse following the first attempt at using Windex overnight to clean it: All Print Head had Signifanct Gaps throughout the pattern. Anybody else notice this?
Is good, good enough?
