Anyone reading this forum, reads reviews, or owns one know knows it's well worth the money - why have a WS body and a cheesy non-WS grip. And it has notable other features and probably good resale (The grip will sell well on ebay, while the $50 POC will go into the trash). Anyone who has the body and a couple of good lenses, but buys a $50 grip for "budget" reasons should probably reassess his or her choice of hobbies.

including me who have more than one hobby that costs money and I don't own a fortune. My camera budget is already exceeded and this will affect on my budget for the other hobby renovating an old wooden yacht, where I need to do some investments....

I like to walk with my camera in my right hand and a grip makes that much easier.

The Oly grip is nice and smart but not interesting for me as I would only use the upper landscape grip part and not the bulky portrait part with the battery compartment.

If you are thinking of adding a grip without adding a lot of bulk and weight this JB grip seems excellent. I ordered one some weeks ago and finally got a message the other day that it will arrive in two-four weeks. Obviously there is a long shipping time to Sweden.

My argument is, that the grip is NOT excellent, due to its relatively sharp edges. It is NOT comfortable to hold and therefore a waist of money. It could have been better shaped.

We'll see, I haven't got it yet. Looks nice anyway. And no too much money to waist, if so.
