DEATH,,, Where dose the spark go?

In what way is that "safe"? Do you mean it's an absolute certainty? Or do you mean, their could be some degree of uncertainty, but given the choice, that's the best option. If so, why?

Well, maybe - and this isn't meant to imply it actually is so - but maybe our lives on this Earth are meant for some purpose. That consideration might affect how we live, not for some future reward or punishment, but simply because what we do here could be important, rather than pointless.
