Re the "friends", I wasn't aware that problem was very widespread. With this tool the hosts can verify all entrants vote on every entry if they add the vote requirement. The large amount of votes would dilute the effect of spurious voting. At any rate the entrants know they need to behave.

Anonymity is an issue. Some hosts want to know the real ID's. It sounds like you may not. The key is that the entrant makes the decision to reveal their ID to the host. Once they have they don't need to log in again, assuming the host keeps a list. If someone does not want to reveal their ID they simply don't enter a challenge that requires a log in. Some hosts want entrants to be forced by dpr to reveal their ID's. I personally like the idea of having a choice.
