Easy chart for recommended settings for D300s banks?

Forgive me, I did do a search, but I was looking for a quick and easy list of settings recommendations for various types of shooting for my new D300s.  What I'm trying to say is that if I wanted to name Bank A - Indoor Sports, Bank B - Outdoor Sports, C - Landscape etc.

I plan on studying up on my new camera and getting to truly understand what all the various setting do, but wanted a quick cheat sheet.

Does this exist out there somewhere?
