The camera push processes the raw files slightly to maintain highlight details. It is a fairly low noise sensor so it is able to do this. In your post processing software you would boost the exposure 2/3 stop or just set the compensation 2/3 ev higher when you shoot. You might also be able to adjust your JPEG settings to get them to match in camera, I haven't looked to closely at what settings they have.
