Replace the 18 -200 mm or not to replace?

I have upgraded from a D200 to D800 body.  My 18-200 mm DX lens is working fine with the D800.  I am trying to decide if the 28 to 300mm FX zoom is worth the extra price and weight.  Will I see any improvement in image quality?
