Am I too old school and picky? Locked

The evidentiary images that I shoot, for the criminal justice system, must be submitted as straight-from-the-camera JPEGs, uploaded via a proprietary software program. Composition, lighting, and exposure must be right, to the best of my ability. I can review the images on the LCD, until I get them right, but my flubbed shots must be uploaded, along with the good, as deleting images can result in allegations that I am concealing evidence.

I am not opposed to retouching, sharpening, cropping, and such, of my personal images, but have yet to do any of ithse things.
