My conclusion is that there "are" lines above Nyquist in the resolution chart presented. I further conclude that anyone who does not see lines above Nyquist has totally different vision than I have or is stubbornly adhering to a mind set that there "can't be;" so there "isn't."

Stubborn adherence to a mindset in the face of strong evidence to the contrary is the epitome of delusion.

I therefore will take myself out of further discussion on this because in my experience it is fruitless to continue to debate when a number of those holding opposite opinions will go to any lengths including ignoring the obvious evidence in order to hold on to their beliefs. To me, reality always trumps theory when they are in conflict. To me the reality is that there are lines above Nyquist, period. So theory is either misapplied, incorrect or reviewers and testers who choose the lesser of horizontal or vertical pixel count as the theoretical Nyquist limits are incorrect.
