Probably not. When you remove an AA filter, you have to replace it with glass. So, if you want to add an AA filter, you need to find some glass to replace it with

Moreover, AA filters need to be tuned to the pixel pitch.

Even if you could find one with approximately the right characteristics and size, you'd need a way somehow of attaching it to the Foveon sensor package. Companies like Madmax will take them off for you, I wonder if they could put them on!
