New computer

I am thinking of getting a new computer. I don't play games but I do like to play with CS2 and play music off my HD via Ethernet cable from my router to a Logitech Touch and surf. I have a Gateway XP AMD Athlon 64x2 dual 4200+ 2.20 ghz 4gb ram. 2 500GB hard drives and a XFX Gforce 6600gt video card. My monitor is a NEC 2490wuxi. What improvements could I make? I am happy with CS2 so I don't think 64 bit would be good.
