70-200 2.8 ii vs 100-400

The 400 5.6 is a fantastic lens, but it may or may not be the best way to go depending on what you want to do with it. What do you shoot and what do you want the lens the do? It is tough to help advise what is the best tool if we don't know what job you want it to perform with that tool.
