D90 or D5100 or D5200

hi, I am planning to buy an SLR and I am a bit confused between Nikon D90 , D5100 and D5200. I am currently using a Canon 500d. I am photography student and always had a preference towards D90. I am only interested with photo quality and least bothered whether the camera has video recording or not. Also I always prefer using my camera in full manual mode.
I will be highly obliged if someone replies soon. Waiting in anticipation. Thankyou
