The Weekly 4/3 DSLR Images 13 02 04

These were shot as the horse herd came out of the woods at sunset early spring, w e30 handheld and a worn out first edition 50-200 that I got for next to nothing on ebay. These beautiful wild horses are kind of skittish if you approach them but don't mind you if you stay in your vehicle. As they feed, one of them always remains "heads up" - he/she is the "watcher" to keep an eye out and warn the herd. 

As for the thread, I hope it stays, as it's the only place to aggregate standard 4/3 images. If this

much discussed new camera really materializes, this will be the most popular thread in the forum.

We might could just lump along till then. Most of those who come here have enough images

on disk to keep it alive a while, even if it rains till next December and we can't take more.
