Did firmware updates solve various short comings of the X Pro1?

In the review that DPreview did put together of the Fuji X Pro1 it was mentioned that its auto focus was too slow, the auto ISO not functioning properly and the playback magnification when shooting RAW only, too slow.
That was before Fuji offered its firmware updates.
I would like to know whether these firmware updates really solved the above negative aspects of the X Pro1 and what other improvements have been introduced?
