Canon 6D or 7D for indoor sports (volleyball)

I am just going through the photos I took of my daughter's volleyball tournment, with a 6D and 24-105L lens. The 6D is more than capable of handling this. For someone like you, the 7D would be much more complicated to set up; no doubt the AF on the 7D is more "nervous" and overall more suitable to action, but it requires a lot of experience from the user.

With the 6D, set auto-iso with limit of 6400, set Tv at 1/500, set AI Servo mode and continuous drive. Select the central focus point, and keep it on the action. This should give you good shots.
