Having a problem of transfering files from D800e to my computer

Are you connecting the computer to the camera directly with a USB cable? I've never done that, but I would expect you'd see two drive letters in Windows (not sure about Mac). One would be the CF card, one would be the SD card.

If you're using a card reader (what I use) then each card will also show up as a separate drive letter in Windows - and this is probably the faster way too.
