Just cancelled X-E1 Henry's order for X100S

It was a great deal from Henry's with the $ 199 35mm.

Here are my reasons:

1) I am not a photographer, but instead just a hobbyist.  I value latest gizmo features over solid value.

2) Wife and dogs are overshot, now I need some coy "carry me and give me portability" in order to find new welcome vistas

3) Would be nice to have a portrait machine but I really have no need for such

4) Looking forward to giving my Leica X1 some competition.  So far the X1 with the Voigtlander 35mm viewfinder smoke my Nikon D7000, RX100, E-pL5 with 20mm 1.7.

5) Looking forward to fast AF, built in viewfinder

6) Don't like smell of X-E1 oil so much, I hope X100S is less lubricated with machine oil

7) didn't want to put $ 1600 on X-E1, plus $ 599 for pancake And $ 1299 for X100S.  I know X100S will be a huge hit.  I'm gonna have to get it.

8) The Henry's order was Canadian, I am in USA, resell later would be handicapped by international issue

Will regret having to wait 6 months to get X100S now.
