Lens calibration in future PDAF bodies?

The upcoming X100S has phase detection AF, and it is more than likely that successors to the X-Pro 1 and X-E1 will also have PDAF.  And this makes me wonder, because the lens is focused via adjusting the lens to estimated distance, rather than adjusting the lens to sharpest contrast directly from the sensor image: will such cameras require possible lens calibration, like PDAF-dependent DSLR's?
