Can i ask what make of drivers & tweeters do you use?

AVL Group -  Kevlar Drivers mid/woofer

Jaycar Titanium tweeter to be replaced with the SEAS Prestige 27TDC

Also do you construct your own internal circuitry?

Yes, I build all the crossovers as well.
