Superbowl photography musings.
The lights at the big stadiums are very bright. Don't know about the Super Bowl, but I can go to Padres Stadium in San Diego (baseball) with my little Olympus SZ-10... f/3.1 to f/4.4... and take action pictures with no trouble at all. So I don't think the full-frame guys with the fast telephotos would have any difficulties! Remember, unlike my P$S, they can shoot at IS0 1600, ISO 3200... and still get a great picture with no artifacts... which really helps.
Yes, you get what you pay for. But for my $200, what I got wasn't that bad. Below, from seats just past first base, about 100' (30m) from home plate.
