Negative Voting DESTROYS "Challenges"

For months I have been repeating about this issue of negative voting!... I do not like this system, either; but let us also add that some hosts are not doing their job of following their own rules!!!...

As a sample of sandbagging, I do not understand why this excellent shot should get 0.5X1, 1.0X2, 1.5X2 !!!... I am glad it won anyway!... :
