Best light setup for a BBall team shot

Hello,

I will be taking a team group shot for some local 6th grade town teams and was looking for suggestions on the best way to light it. I plan to have the boys sit in the bleachers in two rows with a coach on either side.

The shots will be in the gym.

I have three flash units (SB-900, 800, and 600) along with flash stands and umbrellas for each.

I can easily just set up all three and go with ttl but wanted to see if there were any rules of thumb or suggestions. Examples appreciated.

I just want to make sure it looks okay.
