Today i am not satisfied with my panasonic 20 1.7 on my E-pl5 ..

Like having a poor copy of a lens (decentered), its possible that you have a poorer IBIS system on your PEN.  I myself have experienced different levels of quality from IBIS on PEN level systems and I do not think I've drastically changed my camera holding style.

But try different holding techniques anyways to see if there is something that nips it in the bud or not.
