The death of Sony on the high street

You don't have to pay that price on the high street. There are plenty of independent photographic retailers that are selling the lens for a lot less. I bought mine for £399 in December when it had just been released in the UK and a local retail had their first 20 coming into stock the day I call them about it. They are now selling them at £390 and they are £386 on Amazon so £4 to help save the high street isn't much to ask.
