You didn't have any such disclaimer in your original post so I felt it important to explain so nobody gets the wrong idea here.
Stacking multiple high ISO shots is a compromised work-around when you don't the right tools available that might be better than nothing, but isn't better than having the right tools around.
The only thing I have against your suggestion is that you didn't put it in this context.
