Family reunion color fix suggestions?? PIC attached.

Thanks all for the fixes, I used a few suggestions. I had to add some family members from west coast who could not make it. They sent pics from outside in the sun..geeezzz. So, I did the best I could to match skin but cant tone down blown out. And I think they used ph. camera..ughhh.
