How much DOF do you like?

#1, then #3 and then, far off, #2.

The semi-mid-aperture in #2 is far too nervous in my opinion. I prefer it rather more blurred, like in #1, or - if not possible - then crisper, like in #3.

Perhaps f/5.6 had eliminated some of that nervousness?
