What the best used canon I can get for $200 give or take.

I have a 5D Mark III as my main body, but would like a cheap backup or one to thrash around depending on the situation.

I'm new to canon, so I don't know anything about the older bodies. Are the picture styles and looks the same? How about menus and controls?

For Nikon I had a D70s which while old, was still a good camera for cheap!  I got it for $125, but sold all my nikon gear.
