Panasonic GH3 Hacks/Fixes?

I'm very close to purchasing or rather pre-ordering the GH3, but I just stumbled upon several issues that are supposedly on this camera...

At 12:30 in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QR9N8YQ8ERw the reviewer talks about the GH3's inability to manual focus during video recording... Is this still present, as this sounds like a huge issue... Can you manually change the audio settings during recording as well?

I've been having trouble finding the hacking community for the GH3....

I'm mainly going to be using this for video recording, but I'm still going to be dabbling in still photography as well...

I'm also debating on the Canon 7d as it seems like it has so many more customization's through the Magic Lantern firmware hack...

I've also been hearing a lot of hype about the upcoming Canon 70d, and possible 7d mrk ii... :S

If I could get all your opinions it would be much appreciated, as I'm walking into uncharted territory...
