That is correct, because the viewfinder is filled with your previous pictures.

You have to over the cam to aim the camera... which is the ultimate stupid.

They released that cam before it was ready.

But lately that seems to be what they do; the D7000 I had had a firmware update within 30 days of release.

Are you kidding me?? If the D400 is released I won't be an early adopter; Nikon is unreliable.
