the OP could just post the original raw file, that's it... trying to answer questions about why the shot is noisy by posting converted/postprocessed JPG is not the way to go, even if you are using default raw conversion or in camera JPG... the question actually is - was his situation allowing him to expose more (longer exposure time and/or wide aperture) and use lower gain (what is being called "ISO" by hoi polloi) and then pull back in a proper raw converter _or_ not ...
