How often do you crop?

Crop often, may decide an image needs "re-composition". Will do this to make the image better. Granted with a Nikon D90 and 12.3mp unless the image is dead on it becomes difficult to get a 20x30 print but don't do that often at all. Easy to get 8x10's out of cropped image though, so no problem in my mind.

Never had a formal photography class so no teacher to provide good/bad routines. The only time black borders showed up with my negatives was with contact prints.
